Stella Panzanella

Stella Panzanella


og mix greens
roughly chopped cucumber ~~
~~with chile and salt added after peeling
EV olive oil
handful of chopped cilantro
(homegrown) handful green onions chopped
diced blk olives
diced kalamata olives with a little of the juice
monterey jack og goat cheese cubed
baked sourdough croutons
sliced baby portabella mushrooms
creamifying dallop of vegan mayo


optional tomato sliced

dash of:
cayenne, cumin, him. sea salt, fresh ground pepper, og hemp oil,
and a squeeze of lime.


Serves 2-3 as main course...

Blend according to intuition...this is the basic recipe...
